Building iPad Applications
Discovery
We engage with our customers to identify what the core objectives are in developing the application(s). We’re passionate about Design and User Interfaces and believe that is the value the touch devices bring. We focus on maximizing on this value. Discovery involves studying existing assets (usually web-platforms) and providing visual flows of what's possible on touch devices.
Planning
We will evaluate the discovery phase and come up with a product road map with specifications. Planning involves providing an estimate and providing an overview of the process from idea to working product.
Invention
We come up with innovative ways to enhance the product vision. This involves studying the market and identifying similar applications (if any) and identifying core value propositions that can enhance the initial concept.
Definition
In this step, we define a detailed spec of the product that is ready to be turned over for development. The step is critical to set the developers and designers on the proper course.
Building
We work with our customers to build the application(s). This involves working closely with the customers’ development team. Our expertise lies in deep knowledge of the iPhone SDK, ad monetization technologies and products, e-Commerce and cloud computing.
Deployment
After working with our clients in every step of the way, we make sure the application exceeds the standards originally proposed. We work closely with the IT department to take the application to market.
Management
We work closely with you to manage the entire life cycle of the application. Improvements, modifications are introduced as needed upon discovery of additional feature requests or fixing bugs that are made apparent by public usage.
